Back in October 2020, we did a soft launch of our new cloud-based incident reporting software, Incident Xpress (iX). It gave us the opportunity to share the announcement of our launch with our networks as well as get some excellent feedback from experts in the security community. We were happy to take advantage of this feedback and used it to make some enhancements to the iX software.

Now with the start of the new year, we have made our launch official by sharing with the world the availability of Incident Xpress.
